During my recent business trip, our director selected Omo7 Asahikawa By Hoshino Resorts, and I was pleasantly surprised by the charming experience it offered. The whimsical Halloween decor and the good animal themes in the lobby create a warm and inviting atmosphere. I loved the coffee shop in the lobby, especially enjoying the free coffee each morning from the self-service espresso machine. The staff were helpful, going out of their way to assist with recommendations for local dining, which was a lovely touch. The fifth-floor bar, complete with wood fires and open-air ambiance, provided a relaxing spot to unwind after a long day of meetings. The room was comfortable overall, and the small library area added a nice touch for quiet moments.
Just a tad overpriced.

The well-equipped space had everything I needed, including a convenient USB charging pin right beside my bed—perfect for my devices. the storage for ski boots was conveniently set up, making my winter getaway hassle-free.
I found the ski boot storage area slightly narrower than I anticipated for two people, which made organizing our gear a tad tricky. it was a minor inconvenience that didn’t overshadow my enjoyable experience.

The room was uncomfortably cramped and dim, feeling way overpriced for what it offered. Plus, the front desk never picked up after hours, leaving us stranded without help when we needed a cab. Super frustrating!

Located in a convenient spot, close to a variety of restaurants and shopping venues. the room is spacious, elegantly decorated, well-equipped with modern facilities. the friendly staff provided exceptional service. the breakfast spread is delicious and satisfying. For those who enjoy a good soak, the Onsen is rejuvenating. Don't miss the free transportation provided to the Zoo and the Ski resort, accessible within just a few minutes on foot.
Although the bar downstairs is average, the lack of the original rooftop bar is a small disappointment.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of luxury and exclusive amenities. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, with a variety of services available such as Jacuzzi, Massage, Spa lounge, Steam room. the staff provided excellent service, ensuring that I felt pampered and relaxed.
The only minor issue I encountered was the public bath being quite crowded during peak hours, but this did not detract from my overall experience at the hotel. the location advantages were also exceptional, with easy access to the ski resort and travel information, as well as being just a short walk to the shopping mall and bus terminal.

We had a decent Xmas day at this hotel. The breakfast was good and filling, which was a plus. The hotel's location was convenient since it was near many shops and restaurants. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful.
There were a few aspects that didn't satisfy us during our stay. The room was too small and cramped for our liking, and we had difficulty navigating around the tight space. Furthermore, the noise level was high, which prevented us from getting a good night's sleep. Finally, we were disappointed that the hotel did not provide parking, forcing us to pay extra for parking elsewhere. the negative aspects did detract from our Xmas experience at this hotel.
